Life Membership - Ten installments of $60 each

Please note the following:

• Payments made will be credited toward the applicant's account as Annual Membership Dues Payment until the Life Membership requirement amount has been satisfied
• Full payment must be made within 18 months of the first payment
• Upon payment of the full amount of the Life Membership dues the applicant will be elected to Life Membershp in the Association
• You will need to keep track of the number of payments you have made.  The best way to monitor that is to first create a MEMBER LOGIN account.
